Dedra Key is meticulous in her work. She manages 46 employees and volunteers, the sponsored children program, making sure they receive their benefits, and delivering letters and updates to sponsors while residing full-time in Haiti. Whether it is organizing and shopping for the nutritious food program or transporting sick children to the local clinic, Dedra is always serving the less fortunate people of Haiti. In fact, five families in need have new homes thanks to Dedra's supervision. She works in every sector and with whatever God puts on people's hearts.

Manny joined Present Hope in 2021.  He and Dedra are married and share three beautiful children, while fostering four of Dedra's long time students full time. Manny is the oil that keeps many moving parts of this ministry functioning smoothly each day.  He works tirelessly to  purchase all fresh, quality ingredients each week for our meal program.  Manny gets them from the market in the Dominican Republic into our kitchen in Haiti. He oversees all logistics at the border with the border authorities. This is not an easy task! Manny also heads up our security team, works in building/vehicle maintenance, and many details behind the scenes. He loves on our children and has become an invaluable part of our ministry.

Our team of 23 teachers is the heart of our ministry. Our teachers are our greatest asset and vital to our children's education and hope for a brighter future. In addition, we have a team of men and women that perform the grunt labor behind the scenes. Some work relentlessly cooking for 600 children as well as street kids. Other volunteers work serving food, washing dishes, helping with sponsored children activities, construction, fetching water, keeping our schools clean and our missionaries and founder safe.
